Sarphan Real Estate is the Dubai L.L.C. subsidiary of an Ankara-headquartered Turkish family firm. We combine 20+ years of real estate experience with dual-country corporate presence, offering Turkish investors a single trusted partner for the entire Dubai journey.
What sets us apart: dual licensing. Our Turkey TTYB certificate authorizes us domestically; our Dubai RERA license formalizes our UAE status. Contracts, title deeds, payments and tax flows are all run in compliance with both jurisdictions — entirely in Turkish.

Emre Sarp grew up in Ankara and lives in Dubai. Across a 15-year real estate career he has opened the doors of 100+ projects to Turkish investors and walked alongside 326 investors on their journey. Formally established in Türkiye as Sarphan Emlak Gayrimenkul Proje Yatırım Danışmanlığı ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Paragon Tower, Çukurambar
First corporate office opened in Ankara's business district, serving Turkish investors.

Dubai L.L.C. and RERA license
Sarphan Real Estate L.L.C. established in Dubai, achieved official status with RERA license (59417). Opened the DIP First office.
