KVKK Clarification Notice

This clarification notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purpose of informing you regarding your personal data processed by Sarphan.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by the following legal entities acting as data controllers:
Turkey: Sarphan Emlak Gayrimenkul Proje Yatırım Danışmanlığı ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. — Merkez Ankara M-2 Blok No.14, 06560 Yenimahalle/Ankara.
United Arab Emirates: Sarphan Real Estate L.L.C — Property Investment Office 4-F1/137, DIP First, Dubai (RERA 59417).

2. Personal Data Processed
Only the data you directly submit through our website is processed:
Via contact and request forms: your full name, e-mail address, phone number, and message content.
Via newsletter subscription: your e-mail address and language preference.
Via the investment assistant: budget, investment purpose, and duration preferences you enter (without being associated with your identity).
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
To respond to your requests and inquiries, and to provide you with real estate consultancy services.
To contact you and deliver the information and notifications you have requested.
To carry out marketing and newsletter communications, provided that you have given your consent.
To fulfill our legal obligations and to improve the quality of our services.
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK, on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent (for newsletter subscription).
5. Storage and Transfer of Data
Your data is stored on the secure servers of our infrastructure service provider Supabase. The Resend service is used for e-mail delivery.
Your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transferred for marketing purposes unless necessary for the provision of the service.
International data transfers occur solely within the scope of technical infrastructure providers and in compliance with KVKK.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation; upon expiration of such periods or upon your request, your data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to request compensation for any damages incurred.
